Test Run....

So, I had my first test shoot today. These were taken without my studio lights. I think they came out pretty good. This is Alex, 7 weeks old. Such a cutie pie!!! He was such a little trooper. 4hr photoshoot, he peed on my props etc. But oh so worth it!!!

Photography

So I did a photo shoot for one of my friends yesterday. I was pretty pleased the way these came out. I always feel more comfortable photographing friends, so I tend to experiment more. I am doing an engagement shoot today. Will share those photos when I get a chance.

So long, Good Bye!

So, I have officially decided to give up sewing. As much as it hurts to say goodbye, it's for the best. Look at me, I sound like I am breaking up with someone. Haha! I am, my sewing machine!

I just don't have the time anymore, or the motivation. I loved doing it, and was always impressed with my stuff, but with my girls home with me, I just can't do it anymore. Too time consuming. So how do they say it, "one mans junk is another man's treasure"? If so, then I am going with that! I am listing all of the fabrics and items that I was using to work on current projects. One was even halfway done, but just with me procrastinating etc., Jayden outgrew the shoes that she was going to model the set with.

Photo Queen

So Savannah asked me to take some pictures of her today. Asked that if I did, if she could stay up till 9:00pm. HAHAHA!!! I dont know who benefited more from this little DEAL she had, but I had fun doing it :) Shes getting too big, too fast so I love capturing her whenever I can. Ofcourse, I was not allowed to tell her how to pose. These are all of HER poses. hahaha. Too much Hannah Montana

Finally!!

Well, I finally made the huge step and joined this whole blog thing. I plan to try to write on here often!

I do have some big plans coming up. Hope to be able to share that with you soon.

For now, a little about me. My name is Shawna and I am a SAHM to 2 beautiful girls. Savannah (6), and Jayden (3). They are a handful, but keep me busy and are my world. Jason and I have been together for almost 7 1/2 years now. My little family is quite the spunky bunch, let me tell you.
